  What a horrible store! I sent my necklace in to be repaired and it was promised 10/5 and here I am on 10/13 and still no necklace. This is the second time this has happened. I send my ring in and it came back dirtier then before I sent it in and they gave me a different ring back, and how I know is the marks on my ring and the lines of where they were put together. My charms have needed to be replaced 3 times and then they wouldn't refund me I was forced to pick a new one that I know was cheaper then the other, but didn't get any money back. We have spend well over $8000 at this store and this is how we are treated! What a scam of a store! Save your money and go else where!
