  Came to store to order blinds - wanted a 1 inch pleat Bali blind, Room darkening or with a liner which I bought previously elsewhere. There was no one in the blind area and a worker finally saw me standing there and called some gal up from the paint area. She came back and told me I couldn't get the blinds I wanted - they only came in cellular. Well, I knew better and got the book opened to the page displaying said blinds. Then this dumb girl says they are cellular. I told her I would go somewhere else then where they know what they are doing and order my blinds so went across the street to Home Depot and ordered them. That gal was very helpful and at least knew what she was doing. No more Lowes for me!!

  Had them install carpet in my home . First off the installers are nice gentleman however do not speak good English. I was not happy with the seams After SEVERAL phone calls the owner of the installation company came down and supposedly fixed them. They still look the same. I have been in contact with Lowes installation office 2 weeks ago and have had no response as to if/when they will be fixed.
